Speaker B:She says she's been called a sniper because she can heal with a single shot.
Speaker B:She heals at the root of the root of the soul.
Speaker B:She's been interviewed on major media and hosts a YouTube advice show called Hope for Relationships.
Speaker B:And she's also an addiction therapist at the Seasons in Malibu rehab facility.
Speaker B:We wanted to tap into some of Audrey's insight on how she does all of this, so we invited her on the show.
Speaker B:Welcome Audrey.
Speaker B:Thank you for being with us.
Speaker D:Oh, I am so happy to be here.
Speaker D:These are my roots.
Speaker D:I started, I started with women's empowerment.
Speaker D:It was a passion of mine.
Speaker D:It's my mission.
Speaker D:One woman at a time.
Speaker D:If you can do it and to enlighten and tell her the truth and then she can change.
Speaker D:Amen.
Speaker D:Woohoo.
Speaker C:Yes, amen to that.
Speaker C:That's awesome.
Speaker B:You're singing our song, Audrey.
Speaker B:That's what we're on about.
Speaker D:Yours.
Speaker D:I started in a woman's clothing store when I came from New York to Los Angeles.
Speaker D:I could not believe how women hated themselves.
Speaker D:No matter what size they were, they were always too fat.
Speaker D:Not young enough.
Speaker D:And I said, I got to do something about it.
Speaker D:It just blew my mind.
Speaker D:And then I said, okay, there's gotta be a reason for it.
Speaker D:Well, there it is.
Speaker D:In the culture and the society, the magazines, the history, they.
Speaker D:They messed us up and we gotta change it so women can stop believing the bs.
Speaker B:Oh, totally.
Speaker B:I mean, when you think about it, you look around, it's.
Speaker B:We see all these perfect women and how do you emulate perfection?
Speaker B:No human is perfect.
Speaker D:Absolutely not.
Speaker D:Yeah, but it begins and ends with women.
Speaker D:And stop waiting for everybody else to change.
Speaker D:Right?
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker D:Give back the power.
Speaker D:I always said, all you need is a woman in a chair and a couple of boundaries and tell her the truth and she could change her life.
Speaker D:It is really that simple.
Speaker D:So I began with the idea of, do you know that you're brainwashed?
Speaker D:I said, I gotta do a TV show.
Speaker D:And I started real women, positive role models for women.
Speaker D:And this was a while ago, and I was on YouTube, I was on a station in Virginia, and.
Speaker D:And I just wanted the one thing was, do you know you are brainwashed?
Speaker D:I swear to God, if I could have done that for the whole hour, I would have.
Speaker D:And just to enlighten women that they are brainwashed.
Speaker D:And that's how it all began.
Speaker D:And then I started to have guests, and then it became a global thing, and then I ended up at the rehab.
Speaker D:But do women know that they're brainwashed?
Speaker D:Because then they feel they're not good enough and they buy into the whole thing, and then they turn against themselves or.
Speaker D:Which is so dangerous, women not believing in themselves.
Speaker D:And they don't have to wait for the guys to change that or the society.
Speaker D:They just now have to stop.
Speaker D:I'm not doing that anymore.
Speaker B:That's right.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker D:I'm not.
Speaker D:I'm not turning against myself.
Speaker B:I love it.
Speaker D:And the oldest trick in the book, oldest trick in the book to turn, if you're the root of all healing, is where you abandoned yourself, Even in trauma, where did you leave yourself?
Speaker D:And if you can get a woman to stop doing that and to stop abandoning herself, my God, we could take over the world again.
Speaker D:And I don't have to tell you powerful women that women are gonna save the world, right?
Speaker B:Oh, absolutely.
Speaker B:Well, we've got the absolutely.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:I mean, we nurture, nurturing.
Speaker B:That's what it's all about.
Speaker B:I mean, that goes with the laws of mother nature.
Speaker B:We're not based on aggression.
Speaker B:We're into healing and nurturing and growing.
Speaker B:I mean, we offer so things as women.
Speaker D:Exactly.
Speaker D:And women always believe they're second.
Speaker D:They believe that a man will save them.
Speaker D:They believe they need to wait for a savior.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:And so she doesn't know her spiritual power as the goddess.
Speaker D:And that was taken out even through the Bible, even through the documents, through our history.
Speaker D:You know, the word, his story, not her story.
Speaker D:So it really.
Speaker D:It even starts with Eve.
Speaker D:It's all her fault.
Speaker D:Right?
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker D:So we gotta take that back.
Speaker D:And she has to, you know, start knowing that it's not true.
Speaker D:Women were very powerful and she has this light.
Speaker D:The spirituality is known as the Shekinah.
Speaker D:It is the feminine energy.
Speaker D:So when a woman turns on her light, we're made of light.
Speaker D:My God, the power that she has.
Speaker D:And she doesn't have to go and meet anybody and look for a relationship to fulfill her.
Speaker D:She could be herself first.
Speaker B:Oh, that's so powerful.
Speaker B:And it's true.
Speaker B:And that's part of the problem, you know?
Speaker B:And we are given this message that you have to wait for your knight in shining armor.
Speaker B:But what people don't realize those wonderful stories, when you get that knight in shining armor, you're cleaning up a lot of horse poo along with it.
Speaker B:It's not.
Speaker D:You're gonna marry.
Speaker D:I always say you're gonna marry your issue.
Speaker D:If you don't take care of it, you're going to marry it.
Speaker D:And then it's going to come up.
Speaker D:Because we can't hide from anything, right?
Speaker D:We can't run from anything.
Speaker D:We have to be able to look at it and know it comes from within.
Speaker D:Like Dorothy, right?
Speaker D:Everything's in the wizard of Oz.
Speaker D:It was in her shoes.
Speaker D:She figured it out.
Speaker D:There wasn't a man behind the curtain.
Speaker B:That's right.
Speaker D:That's right.
Speaker D:So when she loves herself enough and knows how beautiful she is, right?
Speaker D:Then she could bring in a relationship because he is.
Speaker D:Or whoever they.
Speaker D:She, whatever your vibe is, is ice cream on an amazing cake.
Speaker D:But you're already the cake.
Speaker D:You can't look for someone to fulfill you.
Speaker D:Right?
Speaker B:That's right.
Speaker B:That's right.
Speaker B:And our power comes from within.
Speaker D:Yes.
Speaker B:So, Audrey, how did you get started being a psychic and spiritual healer?
Speaker B:What is all of that about?
Speaker D:Well, I was always into being my best self.
Speaker D:I met amazing teachers in my life.
Speaker D:And like I said, when I started in that woman's clothing store, women would come in.
Speaker D:I was very concerned about what happened to them.
Speaker D:So they would start coming and start asking me to help them.
Speaker D:Then they started coming to my living room.
Speaker D:Then they started bringing their friends.
Speaker D:And then, of course, I went on the TV and started doing it on the tv.
Speaker D:And then I surrendered.
Speaker D:I said, okay, what's the next thing?
Speaker D:And.
Speaker D:And then I ended up at the rehabs.
Speaker D:And I started realizing that what I'm doing is a missing piece of the pie.
Speaker D:It's not on the rational mind.
Speaker D:It's on a soul level, which is beyond the rational mind, which is, why am I here?
Speaker D:What is my purpose?
Speaker D:What is my karma?
Speaker D:Why is this really happening to me?
Speaker D:And who doesn't want to Know those answers.
Speaker D:And I started to see that I had an intuitive gift to be able to go to that level and to really see what was happening.
Speaker D:And women, we do have these intuitive gifts.
Speaker D:And that's one of the things I do at the rehab too, is open up people's intuition to go to another level.
Speaker D:I mean, this is what Einstein did, this is what Edison did.
Speaker D:This is what great musicians, great poets, Da Vinci, they tapped in beyond the mental, beyond the mind.
Speaker D:And we have this power to do that.
Speaker D:And so I created this whole soul piece of healing.
Speaker D:And I started to have great success.
Speaker D:People were really healing their nervous systems, bringing in the light, feeling better, joy, everything.
Speaker D:And so I created my own way.
Speaker D:And that was amazing.
Speaker D:I just let go and let it happen.
Speaker D:And I didn't have anything to stop me.
Speaker B:You know, it's interesting.
Speaker C:Bring yourself up, basically.
Speaker D:Open myself up to it.
Speaker D:I might.
Speaker D:Well, my heart was really in it.
Speaker D:Like you.
Speaker D:You both, you're very passionate, right?
Speaker D:You gotta do what you love.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:You can't follow the.
Speaker D:The culture and what the society and what your parents tell you.
Speaker D:It really has to be about what's in you, your real life purpose.
Speaker D:And when you tap into that, my God, the world does open.
Speaker D:And so I just used that connection from my heart, like to the sun above my head, like whatever that is, that, that light connection.
Speaker D:And it started giving me sacred information.
Speaker D:And I just kept developing it and it blows my mind.
Speaker D:You find out why people are really suffering.
Speaker D:I mean, I had this client who wanted to kill herself and she was very young.
Speaker D:And I said, what's going on?
Speaker D:Of course they wanted to drug her, but no.
Speaker D:And I saw.
Speaker D:This is so wild.
Speaker D:She was living in a house.
Speaker D:Her parents brought a house.
Speaker D:There were a house burnt, a school burnt down that was rebuilt on that school.
Speaker D:And there was the children that were locked in.
Speaker D:Could you believe this?
Speaker D:Locked in the house that were coming to her at night, asking her to kill herself.
Speaker B:Oh, my goodness.
Speaker C:Oh, my people.
Speaker D:Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker D:When you go to that level and open up to it, you know, we are more than this life.
Speaker D:Yes.
Speaker D:We are more than 3D.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:We're higher.
Speaker D:Oh, yeah, right.
Speaker D:And so opening up to that is where you find the answers.
Speaker D:And sometimes if you tried a lot of doctors, right?
Speaker D:Or even if you get sick and you can't find the answer, you need to go higher and you need to open up to the higher reasons.
Speaker D:And Edgar Cayce.
Speaker D:Do you both know about Edgar Cayce?
Speaker D:Right?
Speaker D:Of course.
Speaker D:He would read the karma and he would say, why are you here?
Speaker D:What is your soul issue?
Speaker D:Why did you meet this person?
Speaker D:And so that always fascinated me.
Speaker D:So that's the level that I do.
Speaker D:And so sometimes it's also, get over yourself.
Speaker D:You're a spoiled brat, and sometimes you have too much money and you got too much and you have to get over yourself, or you complain a lot and you're having a pity party.
Speaker D:So I do bring up my Brooklyn every once in a while.
Speaker B:You know, Audrey, I think that what's happened to our society is we become so scientific, we've actually narrowed our scope.
Speaker B:We've forgotten, like you were saying, da Vinci tapped into the spiritual.
Speaker B:People did.
Speaker B:They have forgotten who they are.
Speaker B:And if you look at animals, they have instincts, they follow those.
Speaker B:We've lost sight of that.
Speaker B:It's like we've become disconnected.
Speaker D:Exactly.
Speaker D:And when you bring people back to that connection, take away shame and guilt.
Speaker D:Because with addiction, there is so much shame and guilt.
Speaker D:And one of the reasons I've listed, like the reasons why people use or go to drugs, a lot of it is religion, because they feel so guilty and so shameful.
Speaker D:But maybe you're using because.
Speaker D:Because you've had a trauma or a sexual abuse and you're trying to survive and stay here.
Speaker D:So you've got to get over that stuff about guilt and shame and really understand.
Speaker D:We're at the door.
Speaker D:Get to the light and lift your head up and say to yourself, I'm going to change now, and I'm not going to attack myself, put myself down, or believe those things, and then you'll heal much faster.
Speaker D:And then that connection, that spiritual cord can connect again.
Speaker D:And then we could get back to our light.
Speaker D:You know, I had the rare privilege to meet Gandhi's teacher.
Speaker B:Oh, very cool.
Speaker D:Oh, my.
Speaker D:She taught.
Speaker D:Oh, it was the highlight.
Speaker D:It could cry thinking about it.
Speaker D:The highlight of my life.
Speaker D:About, like, who we really are and how we really.
Speaker D:It's in the body.
Speaker D:We really are, you know, made of light.
Speaker D:And we can feel God on our central nervous system.
Speaker D:She taught me how to put that into people so they realize that even though they've done drugs for 10, 15 years, we could move out of that identity and move into the new identity.
Speaker D:Who are you without your story?
Speaker D:And move into that light identity.
Speaker D:And then you could feel that joy and then change everything.
Speaker D:That's alchemy, spiritual alchemy.
Speaker D:Base metal into gold and humanness into divinity.
Speaker D:That is what we're here for.
Speaker D:The second birth, Right?
Speaker D:It's in the Bible.
Speaker D:Jesus said do what I do.
Speaker D:He didn't say worship me, he said do resurrect.
Speaker D:And so when you take an addict or someone in trauma, they don't have to be cursed by what happened to them.
Speaker D:They have to do a soul retrieval.
Speaker D:Especially as women.
Speaker D:I am not letting you have my power anymore.
Speaker D:And working on energy, taking back your energy from relationships is so powerful.
Speaker D:And I tell your listeners out there, you could do a lot of psychology, but did you do an energy healing on your yourself from that relationship, even if it's 20 years ago?
Speaker D:We are corded by energetically and we've got to cut the cord from who is following us.
Speaker D:I say it's the hook chains and the cords and everybody I ever work with can see who they're attached to.
Speaker D:And that's the level of healing that needs to happen even in the world.
Speaker D:The negativity right now, you've got to clear yourself of it, make sure you don't buy into it, put a shield around you and make sure you stay neutral to it because it's very poisonous.
Speaker D:A lot of the negativity that's going on.
Speaker D:So I heal a lot on the energy level.
Speaker C:You brought something up about how that cord, you're attached to it, right?
Speaker C: Well, my very first day in: Speaker C: I got there at: Speaker C:I only had a week sober and there was a pastor that came in and he did a, a workshop called Soul Ties.
Speaker C:And it's exactly what you're talking about.
Speaker C:And he only did it the one time I've seen him after he never did it again.
Speaker C:And what it was, you picked a stone and you connected it to your trauma and you pick as many stones as you have that you think it is.
Speaker C:And he says until you break that cord, you will always be attached to the trauma, no matter where you go.
Speaker C:Soul ties.
Speaker C:But what he did.
Speaker C:So I had five major ones and we took each stone and we wrapped it up in.
Speaker C:I tied like 13 knots with each stone.
Speaker C:And then we put it all in one big one cloth and you had to sleep with it underneath your pillow.
Speaker C:And as I'm going through the month to month basis of my trauma, he says, when you're ready, your stone will be unhooked or free from the knots.
Speaker C:I said, there's no way I have 13 knots on this stone.
Speaker C:There's no possible way that sucker staying there right well, I'll be dipped, if not.
Speaker C:Three months into the program, the one thing that was hurting me the most was released from the cloth.
Speaker C:The stone was laying there underneath my pillow, free from my 13 knots.
Speaker C:I'm like, how is that possible?
Speaker C:And it's as if by that little occurrence, I allowed myself to deal with it.
Speaker C:I gave myself permission to heal the trauma because there's the stone free, Right.
Speaker D:It sounds kind of cute, but no.
Speaker C:It'S throughout the year as I'm going through the program, as I was ready, another stone would untie itself and then another and another until all five stones were loosened.
Speaker C:I still have those stones and I still have that cloth to this day.
Speaker D:That is a beautiful story.
Speaker D:It's amazing because someone asked me about why jewelry sometimes breaks.
Speaker D:And I was explaining, sometimes because the energy has to go.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:I just did something on that yesterday.
Speaker D:But that's amazing that you saw that.
Speaker D:That's like throwing the stone even in the ocean.
Speaker D:And that's the energy level of healing it.
Speaker D:That is an amazing story.
Speaker C:How, how that happened, I don't know.
Speaker C:But it allowed me to help myself heal.
Speaker D:That is beautiful.
Speaker D:And you got to see evidence of it because like trauma could be like an invisible gas, right?
Speaker D:It goes in and then we try to hide it, right?
Speaker D:Yeah, well, yeah.
Speaker C:I never looked at a single thing.
Speaker C:There's so much trauma.
Speaker C:It was just unbelievable.
Speaker C:But not even my mother knew anything of anything.
Speaker C:Like I kept everything inside.
Speaker C:And yet here I am, nursing, taking care of other people because it was too painful to look at myself until finally the age of 42.
Speaker C:40 is when I first had my first crash and burn.
Speaker C:And it took me till I stopped finally drinking at 42.
Speaker C:So it took a while, but yeah.
Speaker D:It was growing inside of you until it got activated.
Speaker D:Yeah.
Speaker C:What's the word?
Speaker C:You know, almost gangrenous inside.
Speaker B:Yes, it festers like an interfection.
Speaker B:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker C:And what it, what I find, what I found for myself personally, I'm not going to speak for anybody else, but that infection, because I wasn't dealing with it and I had a.
Speaker C:Since I was a very small child, all these like literally, literally 40 years of trauma.
Speaker C:It affected the decisions that I made, it affected my thoughts.
Speaker C:Like you were saying earlier that that self hate that, you know, that low self esteem and I can't stand myself, all because of, of this infection that was growing inside me, which I didn't really associate.
Speaker C:Yes, I know it was there, but you know the expression, let sleeping dogs lie?
Speaker C:It happened a long time ago.
Speaker D:Let's just leave it there.
Speaker C:Who cares?
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:No, it's there.
Speaker B:Sure.
Speaker D:Not even amazing.
Speaker D:Yeah.
Speaker D:The soul has to make a decision, and I call it a soul wound because it realizes we're so smart.
Speaker D:A lot of us came in with a lot of light, but we're so smart as kids, we realize we're not going to get out of this.
Speaker D:So we say, okay, well, I'll care for others.
Speaker D:I'll put my attention on helping them.
Speaker D:We do that young.
Speaker D:If you could find that and track it, that's like the soul wound.
Speaker D:And then you.
Speaker D:You have to heal that little part of you and take back your power.
Speaker D:And then also stop taking care of people, which is what you did.
Speaker D:Which is amazing.
Speaker D:Which I did.
Speaker C:And equipment.
Speaker D:And that's exactly because you can't.
Speaker D:You're done.
Speaker D:You were done with doing that as a way to cope.
Speaker D:And that's fantastic.
Speaker C:But here's the kicker.
Speaker C: Spiritually wise, since: Speaker C:It showed me that, like the one dream I had, it was a giant book of light bigger than the wall.
Speaker C:And every time I would approach this magnificent light of God, the book would slam shut.
Speaker C:It was like the Bible.
Speaker C:It would slam shut.
Speaker C:And I'm like, oh, my God.
Speaker C:So I'd back up, the book would open.
Speaker C:And it did that three times until on the third time, when the book opened, there's this deep booming voice and words started popping out of the light, like, randomly.
Speaker C:And my name was there.
Speaker C:It said, kathy, as long as you drink alcohol, you will not have access to this book.
Speaker C:And it shut.
Speaker C:It slammed shut so hard I physically fell out of my bed.
Speaker D:Well, that.
Speaker D:Oh.
Speaker D:I asked people to open their intuition in their dreams and to see the signs in the universe as they're in their healing thing.
Speaker D:Because the universe is going to help you.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:So you had it through the dreams, and they're very.
Speaker D:Yeah.
Speaker C:And I had.
Speaker C:I'm going to say hundreds of dreams.
Speaker C:And it really helped.
Speaker C:It helped me recognize because even though I knew I had to change, I mean, change doesn't happen overnight.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker C:It takes time.
Speaker C:And there was.
Speaker C: It took from: Speaker C: It took till: Speaker C:With a lot of ups and down, a lot of research, we'll call it.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker D:So.

Speaker B:How does all of this work?
Speaker B:Because I'm sure our listeners are wondering, what is a spiritual and psychic healer?
Speaker B:How does this work and how can you help them?
Speaker D:Well, you both brought up, I don't know which one of you said the diagnosis, Putting people in a box, diagnosing them is not my thing.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:Because once you have that diagnosis, you're kind of stuck.
Speaker D:Oh, you're mentally ill, you have anxiety, you have trauma.
Speaker D:Take this pill.
Speaker D:So I'm all about just smashing all of that and just being with the person and the soul.
Speaker D:So I don't have any agenda or any, you know, I don't have any judgments.
Speaker D:So whatever you come in with, I'll just say, hi, how are you?
Speaker D:Tell me about yourself.
Speaker D:And then this like kind of magical process happens.
Speaker D:And I know now from doing it for so long that whatever I need, almost like a computer, it'll come up and it'll start to show me where we need to go and I'll see it, feel itself, sense it about where you got lost.
Speaker D:And then we'll begin to like heal it.
Speaker D:Oh, your father did this or you did this?
Speaker D:And I work with the person to join me in that because I want someone to leave transformed into their spirituality, having dreams like Kathy and opening up and understanding we are greater than we think we are because we've been told the wrong stories.
Speaker D:So.
Speaker D:So it's a magical process that I just give to.
Speaker D:And then I hope my client will also start living that way.
Speaker D:And you know, you can't heal everybody.
Speaker D:Some people are resistant, stubborn.
Speaker D:They have things they get what the benefit of the wound, which is they want to keep the issue.
Speaker D:They do not want to change.
Speaker B:They become addicted to the issue, don't they?
Speaker D:Yes.
Speaker D:And they get a benefit from it.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:And so, you know, you can't help everybody.
Speaker D:And my job is not to save anyone.
Speaker D:You see, that's kind of a spiritual law, non interference.
Speaker D:I can invite you to change, but I can't get anybody to change.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:And so many women try to change.
Speaker D:Men, well, or their partners.
Speaker D:When they do this, I'll be happy.
Speaker D:Guess what?
Speaker D:In the sovereignty of the self, which is real self esteem for a woman, the attention must be on the self and let people go.
Speaker D:You wouldn't go to school for a little child, right?
Speaker D:So you cannot do the work for other people.
Speaker D:We are all here to graduate on our own.
Speaker D:So it is A spiritual soul thing to let people go.
Speaker D:And when you travel up the soul path, some people are not going to come with you.
Speaker D:You may try.
Speaker D:You may ask them to come up the hill with you, and they won't.
Speaker D:And after a certain time, the universe is gonna step in and they're not for you and is gonna rearrange it and give you someone else who will help you on your highest growth.
Speaker D:And that's another thing about.
Speaker D:We are here in Earth school to become our best selves.
Speaker D:And when you have that perspective, you can start looking differently at life and stop suffering, stop being a victim.
Speaker D:Some people say, why do I have so much trauma and the person down the street doesn't?
Speaker D:Well, guess what?
Speaker D:With a lot of light comes a lot of responsibility.
Speaker D:And, you know, and you have to understand, sometimes you came here for graduate classes, I'll take them all.
Speaker D:Give them all to me.
Speaker D:You know, bring it on.
Speaker D:And so, on a spiritual level, you wanted to do a lot in this lifetime.
Speaker D:So when you start to see it from a higher level, what is this doing for my soul?
Speaker D:Why is this happening to me?
Speaker D:And how is this a mirror for me?
Speaker D:How is this a mirror for me?
Speaker D:Instead of blaming everybody else for what they did, Right.
Speaker B:You talk about soul contracts, karma and energy.
Speaker B:What are all of those things?
Speaker B:Because I'm not sure everybody's familiar with that.
Speaker D:Well, if you think something's weird or sometimes you say, it's so weird, I feel this way.
Speaker D:Or it's very Shakespearean, you go, I don't understand the intensity of that person.
Speaker D:Why is this person constantly bothering me?
Speaker D:Anytime you have that kind of energy stuff, you're kind of in past lives, and you're kind of in karma.
Speaker D:So you're kind of on another level.
Speaker D:And if you've tried to heal something for a long time, get over a person, and you can't, it's good to go into that other soul contract and look higher and see what it's about.
Speaker D:So it's taking a higher view and looking at it, how come I can't get rid of this person?
Speaker D:Why am I stuck?
Speaker D:And past lives are really fascinating.
Speaker D:Like, I had this client who was a very.
Speaker D:She was Christian, and she fell in love with a Hasidic Jewish guy.
Speaker D:And I don't.
Speaker D:That does not work.
Speaker D:Okay?
Speaker D:That does not work.
Speaker D:There was such a past life between the two of them, and I helped them to kind of see.
Speaker D:I just got the image of what had happened.
Speaker D:They actually took a trip to Israel together, where it all was.
Speaker D:And then they finished it and they went on.
Speaker B:Why?
Speaker D:So sometimes like, oh, and then I had another client who was so beautiful.
Speaker D:She was married to this man.
Speaker D:His first wife was like £300, a hoarder type.
Speaker D:She was obsessed with the ex wife.
Speaker D:Why?
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:Because in a past life there had been a triangle and she couldn't get over it.
Speaker D:You see what I'm saying?
Speaker D:It didn't make sense.
Speaker B:Why?
Speaker D:You're the beauty queen.
Speaker D:See, sometimes you have to go and you have to see where there's an issue or I'll work with miscarriages.
Speaker D:I'm like, why are you upset?
Speaker D:The baby is not ready to come yet.
Speaker D:One time I had this baby, it told me, I'm not coming until my mom heals her sexual abuse.
Speaker D:She did not even know she was sexually abused.
Speaker D:She did the work on it, and then the baby came.
Speaker D:So that's a whole thing about when babies come, too.
Speaker D:So you don't have to worry about if I had an abortion.
Speaker D:Did I kill something?
Speaker D:No.
Speaker D:It's all spiritual on the level of the soul.
Speaker B:Deja vu.
Speaker B:Is that something that would be what you're talking about?
Speaker B:Yes, because I've experienced that.
Speaker B:I've gone to different places thinking I've been here before.
Speaker D:Yes, yes, absolutely.
Speaker D:And that's how you can tell past lives.
Speaker D:I'll sometimes say to someone, do you ever go anywhere and feel like you really have been there before?
Speaker D:I felt that way in England.
Speaker B:I did in Ireland, and that's where part of my family comes from.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker D:Let's say you go to a place, a building, and all of a sudden you feel strange.
Speaker D:That's kind of a way to tell, you know, that you've been there before.
Speaker D:Or, you know, they're studying past lives in the University of Virginia with all these little children.
Speaker D:They have lots of cases.
Speaker D:That is just fascinating.
Speaker D:Sometimes you have a wound on your body, you know, that's a scar or something.
Speaker D:You can find past lives.
Speaker D:But there was a case of a man who walked in a certain area, and all of a sudden he had a memory that he was in the Civil War and he got shot in that spot.
Speaker D:Like, it can go like that.
Speaker D:So, you know, do you believe in past lives?
Speaker D:Do you believe?
Speaker D:What are your belief systems?
Speaker D:Do you believe?
Speaker D:What happens to us when we die?
Speaker D:I'll sometimes ask, ask someone, what do you believe?
Speaker D:And where did you get that belief system from?
Speaker D:Did someone tell you it?
Speaker D:Why don't we start again and, like, let's be open to what it could be instead of being Indoctrinated into a belief system.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:A lot of people don't know that the Bible's been changed.
Speaker D:You know, these documents were found in the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Speaker D:They're right now in Los Angeles.
Speaker D:You can go see them.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker D:So, you know, it's good to.
Speaker D:Question, question, question.
Speaker D:Where'd you get your belief system?
Speaker D:You know, why did you feel you had to get married at a certain age?
Speaker D:Why do you feel you have to go do this?
Speaker D:And you get people to track it and you, you know, sometimes feel that you've been indoctrinated into certain things.
Speaker D:And, you know, I'll sometimes go to past life just to get the issue.
Speaker D:It doesn't matter whether you were a king or queen or doesn't matter.
Speaker D:What matters is the theme you brought into this world.
Speaker D:And you could sometimes find it at age three if somebody.
Speaker D:If somebody had that, like age three, two, as a child, it's pretty much past life.
Speaker B:Interesting.
Speaker D:You can track it that young, huh?
Speaker B:I've heard of these cases.
Speaker B:I know that.
Speaker B:I have walked through buildings.
Speaker B:I know when I was first looking for my house, when I wanted to buy one, I walked through a few different open houses, and there were some buildings that I got a very bad vibe.
Speaker B:Very nice home, but there was something about it.
Speaker B:And it's like, I don't want to live here.
Speaker B:And I was picking up something.
Speaker B:Don't know if it was, you know, what was going on with the current residents or if it was something from before, but it was just interesting.
Speaker B:And I've always been able to pick up on that kind of thing.
Speaker D:Well, if I was working with you, I would enhance that.
Speaker D:That's a sign that there's an opening there to a lot of other things, because that's just a sign to wake you up to a whole opening of other things that you can do with your intuition.
Speaker B:Interesting.
Speaker B:Well, in another case, there was a gentleman that I was very young, I was in college.
Speaker B:I'd broken up with him.
Speaker B:I'd been engaged, and I was in choir at the university.
Speaker B:And there was a gal in the soprano section where I sat.
Speaker B:And I remember seeking her out to get to know her because I thought she would be somebody he would date.
Speaker B:This went through my head.
Speaker B:She didn't know it.
Speaker B:About six, eight months later, she met him, she dated him, she ended up marrying him.
Speaker D:Okay, so there's something there.
Speaker D:Yeah.
Speaker D:Isn't that weird?
Speaker D:Okay, well, what I always tell my clients when you start saying, isn't it weird?
Speaker D:We're in the realm of Intuition.
Speaker D:Okay, so there is definitely something.
Speaker D:Now how you open that is to know that.
Speaker D:And it also comes from the third eye.
Speaker D:So you know about the third eye.
Speaker D:That's the pineal gland a little bit above the two eyes.
Speaker D:Okay.
Speaker B:If you wouldn't mind explaining it for our listeners.
Speaker B:I've heard of it, but not everybody may have.
Speaker D:Okay.
Speaker D:So I love when science and spirituality match because it explains things on the scientific level so you don't have to go, well, that's bs, you know, a bunch of like airy fairy stuff.
Speaker D:But that is the part of the brain, the perpendicular.
Speaker D:It's right in the center of the head.
Speaker D:That is our intuitive.
Speaker D:Looks like a little nut.
Speaker D:It's an almond.
Speaker D:And it really is part of our brain.
Speaker D:It is the intuitive lens and it needs to be opened.
Speaker D:It's like a little egg and it needs to be open.
Speaker D:That's why you see all the Hindus with the little red marks.
Speaker D:That's why you see Buddhas, statues with pineapples.
Speaker D:That's the pineal gland.
Speaker D:And that is to be opened in all of us.
Speaker D:So we are all intuitive, but we've been shut down by believing a system that we have to be good to get what we have.
Speaker D:Okay?
Speaker D:So that's how we're raised.
Speaker D:But the truth is we are these intuitive, powerful, multi level light beings.
Speaker D:And when we understand that, we understand that we have these powers.
Speaker D:So the part that needs to open is to activate this third eye, which is the intuitive little, you know, chakra right there.
Speaker D:And when it opens and cracks, a whole world opens.
Speaker D:And we tap in to these higher realms.
Speaker D:So everyone's capable of doing it.
Speaker D:And I have ways of doing it, which is to just even close your eyes.
Speaker D:Imagine this little circle egg right there.
Speaker D:See it as a light and then go, you know, take a deep breath.
Speaker D:Everything you can do in I Am now is very powerful.
Speaker D:I am now activating my pineal gland.
Speaker D:And see this little.
Speaker D:It's horizontal.
Speaker D:Make it turn up and see it turn up and see the light turn on and say, I'm now activating my pineal gland and just feel it turn on.
Speaker D:And when you do that, it'll begin to open.
Speaker D:And then take a deep breath and just kind of see it.
Speaker D:Give your attention to it and see that light and say, I'm now ready to be intuitive.
Speaker D:Show me the way.
Speaker D:Teach me.
Speaker D:And that's how we begin to open it up.

Speaker B:I think people have become so technologically oriented.
Speaker B:I think some of the smart devices honestly keep us from touching.
Speaker D:Okay, I'll give you another trick.
Speaker D:Okay.
Speaker D:It's fun.
Speaker D:You mentioned animals.
Speaker D:Okay, so we all have it in different ways.
Speaker D:And when I work with someone, of course, I'd like you to have all your senses to be turned on.
Speaker D:But we all get it differently.
Speaker D:People say, oh, I get chills or.
Speaker D:But you have to start questioning where you get these, like, ooh, these intuitive hits.
Speaker D:Okay, that's number one.
Speaker D:But another way to open the psychic realm.
Speaker D:Guess what?
Speaker D:You ready?
Speaker B:Sure.
Speaker D:It's through working with the animals, really?
Speaker D:Okay, okay.
Speaker D:Now, it's because, you know, shamans work with animals.
Speaker D:We understand.
Speaker D:It's one of.
Speaker D:We understand an angelic realm, we understand the spiritual realm, but there's an animal realm.
Speaker D:Okay.
Speaker D:So I would just say even.
Speaker D:I'll do a quick.
Speaker D:For your listeners.
Speaker D:Everyone shut their eyes.
Speaker D:Take a deep breath.
Speaker D:Be open to now opening these higher realms.
Speaker D:Imagine the sun high above your head, and it's this powerful, beautiful, radiant light.
Speaker D:And it's got everything you need.
Speaker D:It's your power source.
Speaker D:Open up a part of your head and let this light, orange juice, beautiful sun rays go through your body, go through the top of your head and let it go down your spine and say to yourself, I am now allowing in the light.
Speaker D:And feel your whole body fill with light.
Speaker D:And then say, all negative energy I picked up from other people, places and things that stuck in my body, leave through my feet.
Speaker D:So open up two holes at the bottom of your feet and just let it go down your body.
Speaker D:Wherever you're holding it, everybody knows where they're holding it.
Speaker D:And just say, I am now aligning with the light and just feel it.
Speaker D:Take a deep breath and exhale.
Speaker D:And now, quickly, I ask my higher guides to send in an animal, an animal totem, an animal guide to help me manifest to be happy and to heal.
Speaker D:And just open up.
Speaker D:Use your imagination.
Speaker D:I'm going to snap.
Speaker D:And I just want you to feel which animal wants to be with you today.
Speaker D:Snapping.
Speaker D:Welcome this animal again.
Speaker D:Breathe.
Speaker D:And ask the animal why it came, what it's trying to tell you.
Speaker D:Perhaps the animal is trying to touch you.
Speaker D:Hold up a sign.
Speaker D:You might hear it.
Speaker D:Just allow it into your life.
Speaker D:As a guide, I am open to your guidance.
Speaker D:I want to have a better life.
Speaker D:I want to be happier and healthier.
Speaker D:I am surrendering and allowing help.
Speaker D:So say hello to this animal.
Speaker D:And when you're ready, just tell the animal that you're open to your dreams and visiting him in meditation.
Speaker D:And when you're ready, just come back and open your eyes.
Speaker D:Which animals did you both see?
Speaker C:I Saw a bear.
Speaker D:What color?
Speaker C:Brown.
Speaker D:Did the bear say anything to you?
Speaker C:No, it nodded its head.
Speaker D:That's.
Speaker C:It looked at me and nodded its head.
Speaker D:Wow.
Speaker D:You need to look up a beartotem.
Speaker D:T O T E M on.
Speaker D:You need to look it up.
Speaker D:What did you see?
Speaker B:Maybe because I have cats.
Speaker B:I saw a cat.
Speaker D:Okay.
Speaker D:What color?
Speaker D:Gray.
Speaker B:But I have a very kind of an intuitive gray cat.
Speaker B:So maybe that's why.
Speaker D:Okay.
Speaker D:And what did the cat show you or tell you?
Speaker B:I'm not sure, honestly.
Speaker D:Did it look a certain way?
Speaker B:Maybe inquisitive, Caring?
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker D:Good.
Speaker D:See, you're opening up another realm.
Speaker D:And you're probably used to being in your mental.
Speaker B:I really am.
Speaker D:Explain it right.
Speaker D:Yeah.
Speaker B:I'm a mental person.
Speaker D:So it's great that you have animals that you have.
Speaker D:Cause they're trying to show you other realms.
Speaker D:So just work with that cat a little bit.
Speaker D:When you light a candle and meditate and.
Speaker D:Because I would explore with you why you go to the mental rather than.
Speaker D:Because there's a whole nother world here for you.
Speaker D:But your main thing is the mental.
Speaker B:I wasn't as mental as a child, but.
Speaker D:When did you become mental?
Speaker B:Probably when I was a teenager.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker D:You see how you knew.
Speaker D:And then I would ask your soul why?
Speaker D:And it was probably to be smart and to be protected.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker B:I think it's a control thing.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker D:See that?
Speaker D:See that?
Speaker D:And to move out of this, because there's a whole new realm for you now.
Speaker D:We already opened it, so you're gonna have to, like, start a journal now.
Speaker D:We opened it a little bit.
Speaker D:You can't go back too late.
Speaker D:But that part.
Speaker D:Go ahead.
Speaker B:When I was a little girl, I'd have premonitions and stuff.
Speaker D:That's right.
Speaker D:You know, but what happened is you shut it down as a teenager.
Speaker D:And that's what you need to know.
Speaker D:Because it's opening.
Speaker D:You've always been curious about it, and now it's gonna open.
Speaker D:And it's gonna open a whole new world for you.
Speaker D:And that is the truth.
Speaker B:I've always felt a connection with my animals, and I did as a child.
Speaker B:So maybe.
Speaker D:See, it is.
Speaker D:So now you know.
Speaker D:The next chapter is opening up that other realm that you had.
Speaker D:A lockdown.
Speaker D:It's happening.
Speaker D:You'll see.
Speaker D:You could text me anytime.
Speaker D:Be it.
Speaker D:It's already.
Speaker D:That's what we got today.
Speaker D:You see?
Speaker D:And that's how it begins, you see?
Speaker C:And that's.
Speaker D:So you get a little idea of how I work.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker D:Because I know you're supposed to open it.
Speaker D:You see what I'm saying?
Speaker D:I just know.
Speaker D:And that's where the.
Speaker D:My intuitive system.
Speaker D:And I'm here to tell you that it's another chapter for you.
Speaker B:So you use a lot of meditation techniques?
Speaker D:I don't know if I use any techniques.
Speaker D:I use my.
Speaker D:My.
Speaker D:My common sense.
Speaker D:It's common sense of, well, where it is.
Speaker D:It.
Speaker D:It's so flowy that I wouldn't even know if it's a technique.
Speaker D:It just is.
Speaker D:You know what I'm saying?
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker D:That's how I would describe it.
Speaker D:And I know, like, if I work with someone and they want to meet someone, like, a new love.
Speaker D:I have a lot of success on helping people find their soulmate.
Speaker D:So I know I'm doing something right, you see, because when you want to meet a soulmate, you got to really go there.
Speaker D:You have to heal everything, get rid of the blocks, open up your heart so you don't manifest the same thing over and over again.
Speaker B:That's easy to do.
Speaker B:That's for sure, in relationships.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:But I like to do that as fast as possible, so then magnetically, you can call in a new person.
Speaker B:This is so powerful.
Speaker B:So you help people on all kinds of levels, including addiction, recovery and all of that, too.
Speaker D:Yes.
Speaker D:Trauma.
Speaker D:You name it.
Speaker D:You name it.
Speaker D:And again, like, you know, Kathy was saying, you know, you open up to it, and it guides you.
Speaker D:Like, when people want to answer a question, they get in the way.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:Open up, surrender, and allow it to come to you.
Speaker D:And if it's not coming, let go.
Speaker D:It'll come eventually, but get out of the way.
Speaker D:Yeah, get out of the way.
Speaker D:And I met my husband that way.
Speaker D:And I met greatest things in my life by getting out of the way.
Speaker D:It will find you.
Speaker D:Your life purpose will find you.
Speaker D:Who you're supposed to be with will find you.
Speaker D:But stop trying to do it all yourself.
Speaker D:I surrender and allow and then see what comes, and then it becomes magical, right?
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:Sometimes I think people are afraid of the answers, too, aren't they?
Speaker D:Yeah, they will.
Speaker D:Fear will cut it all down.
Speaker D:But, you know, where's that gonna get us?
Speaker D:You know, we have to face our fears.
Speaker D:And then.
Speaker D:Oh, I wanted to say we're talking about women, about why what you two are doing is so powerful now.
Speaker D:Because of the time period when I started real women, positive role models for women.
Speaker D:I wanted to educate women about, like, the history of how they've tried to take women's power and how they're doing it again.
Speaker D:So the fact that you're empowering women.
Speaker D:It's very high level stuff because they always come for the woman.
Speaker B:Always.
Speaker D:You have to question why.
Speaker D:Why do they always try to take women's rights?
Speaker D:Why do they always try to take women's power?
Speaker D:Because she is holding the light.
Speaker D:And it's stated in the Vedas, right?
Speaker D:The Veda scriptures.
Speaker D:The degree to which women are respected is the degree to which a society prospers.
Speaker D:Respect for women humanizes the society.
Speaker D:Okay?
Speaker D:So when she changes, regains her throne, the sovereignty of herself, the men in the world will follow.
Speaker D:It begins and ends with women.
Speaker D:And that's why what you're doing is so powerful.
Speaker D:It is a very big deal to give women back the truth because it's gonna, that's how women are gonna save it.
Speaker D:Because it always come for her and she believes it.
Speaker B:Yeah, well, like you said, Eve was blamed in the Bible, but the one who lied was Adam.
Speaker D:Exactly.

Speaker D:She holds the apple of enlightenment.
Speaker D:And when she returns to the divine feminine and listens to herself, the whole world's gonna change.
Speaker D:Because then she's gonna say, you can't do this to me anymore.
Speaker D:I know.
Speaker D:And enough.
Speaker D:No and enough.
Speaker D:I'm not doing this.
Speaker D:Now she'll shine her light on her partner and say, you know what?
Speaker D:I did my work.
Speaker D:Now you do it too.
Speaker D:Because women seem to think that men have it all together, and that is the biggest lie.
Speaker D:Through all my work.
Speaker D:They just hide it.
Speaker D:They just hide it and they do a good job.
Speaker D:They want to be fixers.
Speaker D:The society doesn't allow them to heal.
Speaker D:They have to, like, you know, keep it together.
Speaker D:But the truth is men have a lot of self esteem issues and women need to know it, because what she does is blame herself.
Speaker D:I'm not good enough.
Speaker D:It's my fault.
Speaker D:Right.
Speaker D:And that has to stop.
Speaker B:Wow.
Speaker B:We've covered some major areas here.

Speaker D:Yes.

Speaker D:I'm a one stop shop and I just want to tell your listeners some boundaries.
Speaker D:I will never let anyone treat me badly.
Speaker D:I will always be true to myself.
Speaker D:I will never let a relationship take my power.
Speaker D:I will never abandon myself.
Speaker D:I will no longer take crumbs and on and on.
Speaker D:And those are the way to begin.
Speaker D:And let's say you want a new partner.
Speaker D:Become what you want on your list.
Speaker D:Become it.
Speaker D:If you want respect, give yourself respect.
Speaker B:Those are things people should write down and put on a poster in their room.
Speaker D:Exactly.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker D:Become what you wish to find.
Speaker B:I like that.
