Speaker A:Welcome, Eva.
Speaker A:Thank you for being on the show.
Speaker B:Hello.
Speaker B:Hello.
Speaker B:Around the world.
Speaker B:This is super exciting to be able to connect with you and share some inspiring moments that each one of you are able to tap into that next level self.
Speaker B:Because if you're not allowing that to emerge on a daily basis, moment by moment, you are missing out.
Speaker A:Oh, absolutely.
Speaker A:And I think a lot of people lose sight of that as we get into adulthood especially.
Speaker A:Right, absolutely.
Speaker B:And sometimes we find ourselves just so disconnected because we are missing that moment, those moments to recognize who we are internally at a soul level.
Speaker B:And because we are missing out on that, we find ourselves lost at times.
Speaker A:We don't live in the moment.
Speaker A:I think a lot of people are living for their gadgets.
Speaker A:They find their motivation on what they're seeing on Instagram reels and that kind of stuff.
Speaker A:And on TikTok.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:And in one way you can find some type of motivation.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:But is that the truth of who you are, who I am, who we're becoming?
Speaker B:And if we don't tap into getting to know ourselves, then we are following someone else in someone else's footsteps, and that's when we become a little bit fresh because that is kind of discrediting who we are at a soul level and then kind of following someone else's blueprint.
Speaker B:And I feel that women, they miss out on that opportunity of getting to know themselves.
Speaker B:That's why embodiment is so important.
Speaker A:It really, really is.
Speaker A:So, Eva, I wanted to talk a little bit about you so our listeners get to know you.
Speaker A:How did all of this begin?
Speaker A:What.
Speaker A:What's your background?
Speaker B:Oh, this is a beautiful question, and I love sharing this story.
Speaker B:I grew up in a very small town in the south, and I was very curious at a young age, and I asked a lot of questions, and I wanted to know why, for many things, why do people do this?
Speaker B:Why does some not do that?
Speaker B:And then how does it apply to me?
Speaker B:So I went into the world and I started to work.
Speaker B:I mean, I was also in the.
Speaker B:In the cosmetic industry.
Speaker B:I was traveling the world, and I was in New York for a while, and I felt like I had to just go, go, go.
Speaker B:I never knew how at that time, how to really tap onto me.
Speaker B:And when you're in that go, go, go energy, I found myself very masculine.
Speaker B:I really pushed down that feminine side of me, and it was all about headspace and getting things done and goal setting and moving forward with the quickness.
Speaker B:And that's not bad.
Speaker B:But I certainly didn't know that feminine side of me.
Speaker B:I didn't know that nurturing, that.
Speaker B:That really compassionate, you know, just coming home to my own body and myself.
Speaker B:And because I pushed a lot of that down because it didn't seem like it was really welcomed in the world that I was in.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker B:And even though it was in the beauty industry, I still hid that side of me so that I could stay competitive.
Speaker B:And that competitive energy really did damage to me.
Speaker B:It really shut off that side of me.
Speaker B:Being this beautiful, delicious woman that we.
Speaker B:We women have.
Speaker B:Have in all of us.
Speaker B:If we know how to tap into.
Speaker A:It, we bring some absolute power to the table.
Speaker A:When we do pay attention to our feminine side, we.
Speaker A:We compliment the men in the room, and we can bring perspectives that they may not have.
Speaker A:And when you're talking about the competitive nature, yeah, I think that women get caught up with that, especially in the corporate world, where they're maybe the only woman at the table, and they think they have to act like one of the guys, don't they?
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker B:Well, sometimes the world.
Speaker B:The world, especially in where I was at, the corporate world, made me feel like that was the only way.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker B:And even whenever I was in, you know, businesses where I was doing my own thing, I still didn't know that that side could be valued.
Speaker B:Even though that's that feminine Side was.
Speaker B:Was screaming to come out of me, because that was who I was at my core.
Speaker B:But I didn't know it.
Speaker B:I didn't know that I could use both sides to be this powerhouse.
Speaker B:So that's how embodiment is.
Speaker B:Everything came into being.
Speaker B:I am able to now help women, powerful women like myself and yourself, really, really clean and expand and really tap into the truth of who they are, recognizing that both sides of them are so important to moving forward in a beautiful way.
Speaker B:And when you're able to balance the masculine and the feminine, some beautiful, powerful things will happen for you.
Speaker A:How do you balance the feminine and masculine energy?
Speaker A:I don't think a lot of women think about having any kind of masculine energy.
Speaker B:Good question.
Speaker B:For me, there were times when I said, you know, there was this feeling in my tummy, there's this feeling in my hips, there's this feeling in my heart, there's this feeling in my soul that is so gentle, that's so kind, that's so loving, that's so nurturing.
Speaker B:But I'm scared to use it.
Speaker B:I'm scared that I will be pushed around if I use this energy.
Speaker B:So I stayed on that side of me, that masculine side was that would, you know, really, like.
Speaker B:I won't say crack the lip, but, you know, you just know how to get a meeting, you know, you know how to run a meeting.
Speaker B:You know how to be in charge of certain things.
Speaker B:And then I said one day, I said, now, what if I use that goal setting, that intellectual side, and then tap into my heart and tap into that feeling of being nurtured and being compassionate and really collaborating with others?
Speaker B:Let's see what happens.
Speaker B:It was like night and day for me.
Speaker B:It was this energy of just feeling calm and in my body and feeling even more powerful than I thought I was feeling before.
Speaker B:It was a power that wasn't true and real.
Speaker B:It was trying to live up to an expectation, Yet I felt like my soul was, like, dying.
Speaker B:So once I tapped into who I was at a soul level and recognized that I love being a feminine woman, but I also love that I have this intellectual side and that I have this brain power to manage and think through things, yet rest and just pull back at times and not be on the go all the time, you know.
Speaker A:I think bringing the feminine energy into the picture makes people a better leader.
Speaker A:You bring out the best in people if you're nurturing.
Speaker A:I think that a lot of times you'll see with a boss where they're more corporal in their approach, you get more pulling a chain rather than pushing it.
Speaker A:And I think that that's something that women can bring to the T because, well, we're wired to raise children.
Speaker A:So I think it comes naturally.
Speaker B:Oh, it certainly does if you pay attention.
Speaker B:And I had to learn how to pay attention to what my body was saying and how I was feeling when I was in that heavy duty, masculine, corporate energy of getting things done.
Speaker B:I didn't really understand that you don't have to be in that, that type of leadership all the time.
Speaker B:And for me, it was more damaging than helpful damaging, you know, not recognizing that, oh, I'm really tired and my body is saying that I'm tired to go and rest or to have that intuition when I'm in a meeting.
Speaker B:And this information coming through my, my heart, coming through me, in, in my gut area, that saying no when I'm saying yes, I started to really pay attention to who am I being in this moment and how is this affecting me after the fact?
Speaker B:And what I recognized was I was so tired after meetings.
Speaker B:I was so tired after a day's.
Speaker B:A day of work, A day, a day of work, because I felt like I was in the body of someone else and that person was not me.
Speaker B:And when I started to learn how to tap into that quiet stillness and speak from a truth of my heart and my soul, life became this beautiful energy of flow.
Speaker A:I think it's a matter of tapping into ourselves.
Speaker A:People don't always do that.
Speaker A:And I do think that women, when they're climbing that corporate ladder, or even if it's not a corporate job per se, you will see a lot of them really exuding the masculine energy.
Speaker A:They, they almost are more rigid.
Speaker A:You see some of this and you have to wonder, are they overdoing that because they're really not being true to themselves?
Speaker B:I would say speaking for my own self, yes, it's.
Speaker B:You're overdoing it.
Speaker B:I was overdoing it.
Speaker B:And I've worked in, I've worked corporate and I've worked in, you know, where it's been smaller, smaller businesses.
Speaker B:I've worked both sides of it.
Speaker B:And still that go.
Speaker B:Getting energy can be so exhausting.
Speaker B:And when you're competing with other men in.
Speaker B:Or you feel like you have to live up to an expectation.
Speaker B:When it was over, I would sometimes just feel like, this doesn't work.
Speaker B:This isn't who I really am.
Speaker B:And what I'm recognizing is that more and more women are saying, no, this doesn't work for me.
Speaker B:When women, we have Hormones.
Speaker B:Men have hormones too.
Speaker B:But we women should be paying special attention to how the hormones fluctuate through the day.
Speaker B:Are we making more cortisol spikes in our bodies because we're becoming so stressed?
Speaker B:Because we are out of sorts of who we are?
Speaker B:So I really help women to sit and think about it and find out where.
Speaker B:Where they.
Speaker B:Where they are in their lives and in their business, and whether they're corporate, corporate or entrepreneurs, or leading their businesses.
Speaker B:And what does it feel like to be in that energy all day long.
Speaker B:And majority of the women say, it's not me, it's not who I am.
Speaker B:But what happens, though, whenever you are in that energy and you are getting paid in a certain way, it's hard to let go.
Speaker B:I had to let go.
Speaker B:And when I did let go, it was.
Speaker B:I didn't know myself.
Speaker B:And that not knowing myself was the best opportunity to get to know who I was.
Speaker B:And I continue to expand and open myself to this new energy of who I am.
Speaker B:At a core level, how does somebody.
Speaker A:Get to know themselves and be aware of the fluctuations during the day and that sort of thing?
Speaker B:Well, I say I tell women all the time, get out of your head and drop into your heart.
Speaker B:Get out of your head and drop into your body.
Speaker B:See what you're feeling, feel what you're feeling, acknowledge that you may be feeling great in the moment and you may not be.
Speaker B:And if you are not, ask yourself why those feelings, those experiences are all data.
Speaker B:It's data to your body, your emotions, your energies to tell you something about where you are.
Speaker B:And to me, that is beautiful information for that next level woman.
Speaker A:It's a matter of personal awareness when you're talking about in the moment.
Speaker A:I think a lot of people don't necessarily live in the moment.
Speaker A:They're thinking about what's gonna be going on two hours from now, a day from now, a month from now.
Speaker A:And they're not in tune like they should be.
Speaker A:We kind of lose that ability as we go into adulthood.
Speaker A:Children, I think, live more in the moment.
Speaker A:And when you think about it, they're more open to opportunity when they do that.
Speaker A:Is that part of it?
Speaker A:People aren't living in the moment.
Speaker A:And then you've got the conditioning we have where women are taught to say yes rather than know yes.
Speaker B:And speaking of living in the moment and being childlike, that was a part of me at my core, but I also pushed that down.
Speaker B:That part of being childlike is carefree.
Speaker B:It's just being.
Speaker B:Just being expanded and curious as I said in the beginning of my own growth.
Speaker B:And when we shut that off, we become programmed in a whole different way.
Speaker B:And then we are too hardwired for something different.
Speaker B:So when I'm working with women, I am helping them to understand that hardwired program can be changed.
Speaker B:If we recognize in the moment, it's almost like being an inspector, a private investigator of your own life, of your own thoughts, of your own way of being.
Speaker B:And when we are in that, that, that, that new feeling we have, that new intention of really paying attention to ourselves.
Speaker B:And when we recognize in that moment, because every moment is so special, it's so important, that's how we change when we are aware of the now.
Speaker B:And you're right, people are so, so future forward and living so far in the future until they don't understand where they're at.
Speaker B:And when they're living in the future, that future is sometimes led by fear, afraid of failure, afraid that things are not going to turn out the way that it should.
Speaker B:But in the moment is where the juic happens that we begin to shift from out of the old and into the new.
Speaker B:And that new is what helps the future come into the now.
Speaker A:Bask in the joys of the moment and what's going on currently.
Speaker A:You know, when you think about it, people say, gee, time just flew by.
Speaker A:Well, you really weren't paying attention when things were happening in the moment.
Speaker A:Stay tuned for more of Women Roadworks warriors coming up.

Speaker A:That's the vision.
Speaker A:Eva Simone lives and breathes.
Speaker A:She's not only a powerhouse in feminine intelligence, she's one of the top momentum experts in the country, helping women step into their next level selves with purpose, joy and confidence.
Speaker A:With a master's in industrial and organizational psychology, a background in cosmetic arts, and three decades of experience across industries, Eva's the real deal.
Speaker A:She teaches how to lead from intuition, embracing both feminine and masculine energies, and create a life you actually love.
Speaker A:Eva in our last segment, we were talking about living in the moment and how so many people don't do that and they miss out.
Speaker A:But when you're somewhere else in your head, you're not living life, are you?
Speaker B:And it's, it's, it became very obvious to me that when you're in your head that much and you're not living in the present, you're missing out on so much.
Speaker B:You're missing out on you just being aware of the now.
Speaker B:There's so many beautiful things that are happening around us in the now if we just slow down enough to see it.
Speaker B:But when we're in that go, go, go energy all the time, chasing from one thing to the, to the other, that's when we become out of balance.
Speaker B:And bringing yourself back to balance, bringing yourself back to calm, back to peace, back to knowing that this moment is the most important moment was a game changer for me and it continues to be a game changer for other women because women, they want to have, they want to be in this beautiful energy of who they are, but they need the permission.
Speaker B:So I help them to get that permission and really align to who they are and then move forward from that new Place of alignment.
Speaker A:You talk a lot about embracing authentic self expression and discovering and celebrating your unique gifts and talents inside and out.
Speaker A:How does somebody do that?
Speaker A:Because I think a lot of times women are reluctant to say what they really want to say based on how they're going to be perceived.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:You know, there was one time I used to be afraid of, of, of saying what I really felt because I hadn't really thought about what it is that I desired, how I wanted to, to show up in, in my life and in the world.
Speaker B:So for the woman who does not really know how to step forth and speak her truth, I really recommend giving her, giving themselves time to just think.
Speaker B:What do I want today?
Speaker B:What is in my soul to say?
Speaker B:And the reason that we sometimes can't say what we really feel and want is because we're afraid of being judged, we're afraid of not being liked, we're afraid of being kind of like outcasted out of the community.
Speaker B:So we hold things in and then we become a bit of a mini me for other people.
Speaker B:And then for me, I said, there's only one person that can be me and I'm holding myself from being me.
Speaker B:So I did a complete overhaul of my thinking of myself and how I want it to show up in the world.
Speaker B:And I said, if it's, if it is really elevating me to the next level, then let's take a chance and see if it can help someone else.
Speaker B:And here's what I found to be true.
Speaker B:Whenever I stepped into my authentic truth, what that meant to me for my soul's blueprint, I started to notice in the beginning it can trigger people because you're not going with the crowd.
Speaker B:But what I started to notice is that people, meaning women, started to wake up to themselves and started to feel more powerful, be more confident, you know, with, stand in their own truths and you know, would kind of listen to where I was coming from and then said, oh, that's a possibility.
Speaker B:Oh, maybe I can do that.
Speaker B:So sometimes all it takes is one person to stand in their own truth, to feel confident, to have the courage to be themselves.
Speaker B:And to me, that is a beautiful bow to humanity.
Speaker A:I imagine initially it feels uncomfortable doing that because we are kind of taught to growing up, we don't want to be different.
Speaker A:You know, you want to be part of the crowd, you want to wear the same kind of clothes, this and that.
Speaker A:So we lose our authenticity and our individuality as we grow up.
Speaker A:So it's breaking that mold and finally going back within ourselves and.
Speaker A:And listening.
Speaker A:But once you master it, I would imagine you're not going to be mad at yourself because you said yes to something.
Speaker A:You wanted to say no.
Speaker A:You can feel free to take the power back, right?
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:And you know, it's so true.
Speaker B:You know, there were so many times that we just said yes, but we really, really meant no.
Speaker B:And we were mad with ourselves for saying yes when we.
Speaker B:When we.
Speaker B:When we really meant no.
Speaker B:So I tell ladies I said.
Speaker B:And they laugh when I say this.
Speaker B:I said, no is really a complete sentence.
Speaker A:Yes, it is.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:And it's hard in the beginning to say it because you feel like you're going to disappoint someone.
Speaker B:But to me, when you don't speak your truth, you are abandoning the most important person in the world, yourself.
Speaker B:And who wins with that?
Speaker B:So, and the reason why I say who wins with that, if you are using all of your energy abandoning yourself, you've also not being truthful to the person that you're not being truthful to.
Speaker B:So save yourself some time and speak your truth.
Speaker B:Save yourself some energy to speak your truth.
Speaker B:And I, when I learned that, and that it was okay.
Speaker B:But I'll be honest, in the beginning, it was like I was a sore thumb.
Speaker B:It was.
Speaker B:I stuck out like a sore thumb.
Speaker B:And, and, and at first I said, should I be doing this?
Speaker B:Should I be this way?
Speaker B:And then I said, oh, my gosh, you're being pulled down the rabbit hole.
Speaker B:What is the advantages, Eva, of not speaking your truth?
Speaker B:It means that you're losing yourself.
Speaker B:You don't know who you are.
Speaker B:When you're not speaking your truth, you're not connecting to that truth.
Speaker B:And once I really stood in my truth, whether whether a person liked it or not, it became so much easier to be me.
Speaker B:And I was like, why wouldn't we?
Speaker B:Why are we taught this?
Speaker B:Why are we taught in school?
Speaker B:Why are we taught in our homes?
Speaker B:Why are we taught in relationships not to speak our truth?
Speaker B:To me, when you're authentic, people can say, yes, I see who she is.
Speaker B:She's not this today and that tomorrow.
Speaker B:She's being as true to herself as she can be.
Speaker B:And that's a win.
Speaker A:Oh, it absolutely is.
Speaker A:Well, you're going to gain respect from other people.
Speaker A:And I can see where it would be uncomfortable at first.
Speaker A:But if you don't embrace your authentic self and speak your truth, I think that's where burnout can happen, because people are getting just entrenched in something that just doesn't fit, and they're doing more than they need to be doing instead of saying, okay, no, this is what I need.
Speaker A:Please listen to me.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker B:And I think that's why so many people have burnout, because they are moving in a direction that does not align to them.
Speaker B:And someone said to me, you know, when I'm not in my truth, I feel like I'm an imposter.
Speaker B:And I said, I think you are.
Speaker B:If you're not living your truth, you are living in the energy and in the footsteps of something and someone else that you don't align to.
Speaker B:And the sooner that you can release that, the quicker your energy will go out, the more you'll feel alive, the more you'll tap into this energy of you being the most beautiful human on the planet.
Speaker B:We should not miss out on that.
Speaker B:I was speaking to a client recently.
Speaker B:I'm like, if we miss out on the opportunity of being our true selves, it is a life not well lived.
Speaker B:I don't want that.
Speaker B:I don't want that for anybody.
Speaker A:No.
Speaker A:You know, I think a lot of people started looking at themselves during the pandemic.
Speaker A:People felt really, really lost when everything was just turned on its head.
Speaker A:And if they really didn't know themselves, they really didn't know where to find an anchor or a foundation.
Speaker A:Because I think a lot of people were just addicted to the routine and working like robots.
Speaker A:And all of a sudden, all of that changed.
Speaker A:They were stuck at home having to do different things.
Speaker A:I think people either grew or unfortunately, some of them started drinking and using drugs because they were unhappy with what they saw in the mirror.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:And for that time, for me, it was really difficult, but the most beautiful experience that I could have ever had.
Speaker B:I had gone through a major awakening.
Speaker B:And that awakening was heart wrenching.
Speaker B:It was just like, who am I?
Speaker B:Who am I becoming?
Speaker B:Where am I going?
Speaker B:What.
Speaker B:What is happening in my world?
Speaker B:What is happening into my life?
Speaker A:What is.
Speaker B:What.
Speaker B:What have I.
Speaker B:Have I been told a lie about life?
Speaker B:Have I been told a life, a lie about how I can be?
Speaker B:And when I sat down, because as you know, we had a lot of time and I looked at these thoughts that I had where I was in life, and I said, I am going to.
Speaker B:I'm going to use this time to change everything about me, everything that I was doing, everything.
Speaker B:Every.
Speaker B:Every thought I'd had, I really challenged those thoughts in those things.
Speaker B:And what I recognized was that I could have a whole different way of being, that where I was going, I could just shift in a moment.
Speaker B:And be on a totally different trajectory.
Speaker B:And that's what happened.
Speaker B:It was the most beautiful experience that I could have ever had.
Speaker B:And that's that also was what embodiment was about, just having that awakening and saying, do you like where you're going in business?
Speaker B:Do you like where you're going in life?
Speaker B:Do you like where you're going in your body?
Speaker B:Do you like how your health is going?
Speaker B:And when I answered those questions, some of them I was happy about, some I was not.
Speaker B:And the ones that I was not happy about, I made major shifts.
Speaker B:And the ones that I was happy about, I said, this can only get better.
Speaker B:So that's what I did.
Speaker B:So every day for me is a new next level.
Speaker B:And that's what I teach, teacher, teach these women.
Speaker B:Just because you are where you are in this one second does not mean that you can't shift in another five minutes.
Speaker B:And that's beautiful.
Speaker A:Well, I think getting to know yourself and doing a real inventory allows you to do that.
Speaker A:Because if you really don't know yourself, you aren't going to really know how to respond.
Speaker A:You're just going to go with you know the moment, but not necessarily in a genuine way and you deny yourself.
Speaker A:Stay tuned for more of Women Road warriors coming up.

Speaker A:If you've ever felt like you're meant for more, like there's a version of you just waiting to rise, then you're in the right place.
Speaker A:Eva Simone is on the show Momentum expert, feminine leadership coach and all around empowerment trailblazer.
Speaker A:With 30 years in the cosmetic arts and a master's in organizational psychology, Eva blends beauty, brains and soul.
Speaker A:She's here to help women tap into their inner power, align with purpose and lead with grace and strength.
Speaker A:So grab your journal, your coffee, or maybe just take a deep breath because what Eva shares next might just shift something inside you.
Speaker A:Let's dive back in, Eva.
Speaker A:You're really teaching women how to get in touch with themselves and finding their inner power, which is so important.
Speaker A:And isn't that part of the process?
Speaker A:You talk about creating a life you love, basically getting out of that cycle that you're stuck where you don't see any growth, you're still living with the past, programming and having trouble moving forward, setting intentions.
Speaker A:That would be the next step.
Speaker A:Right after you kind of do a real intense self inventory of what you wanted, who you are.
Speaker B:Oh, absolutely.
Speaker B:And another big component of that is learning to not react.
Speaker B:Because when you don't know who you are and you've not had that time to really do a deep dive into you, into who you've been, who you are, who you're becoming, a lot of reacting happens because the emotions are all over the place.
Speaker B:You are confused and confused on where you're going and how you see the world.
Speaker B:And a lot of times we are reacting and reacting from the first people who came into our lives, our parents, our teachers, our first jobs, our friends.
Speaker B:And that may not be working for you at 30 years old, 40 years old, 50 years old, 60 years old, or whatever age you're in, but some of us never take the time to even ask ourselves, does this work for me now?
Speaker B:No, they don't even ask because they just think that's who they are and that's just where it's going to be forever.
Speaker B:And that's so not the case.
Speaker B:If they set a new intention.
Speaker B:So that's what we talk about, we set new intentions, but with the intention, we learn how to hold a new way of being.
Speaker B:Because what happens with the brain and the mind in our mindset when we are not on board fully in mind, body and soul and spirit, something can like, you know, override us and then we're back to floor one.
Speaker B:And if that happens, I help women to understand.
Speaker B:Yes, there'll be times where both sides of the brain, brain are not on board.
Speaker B:But we help to embody in, in the heart through the energy of love of ourselves and knowing that we do have the possibility of something different and Then when we step into the confidence of love and we're knowing that we can go somewhere different, it's a whole new ball game for us.
Speaker B:And that's where we really feel that something new is possible.
Speaker B:And I really honor women who even gives themselves the opportunity for something new.
Speaker A:You're going to be open to life with that kind of perspective.
Speaker A:And when you're setting intentions, you know yourself, you're manifesting your dreams, you're going to have the confidence so that if you do run into an obstacle, which you're going to have, that's the way life is, and you're going to have some pushback from people, you'll know how to react.
Speaker A:It probably takes practice, though, doesn't it?
Speaker B:Yes, practice.
Speaker B:As I said earlier, you have to be almost a private investigator of your own thoughts, because if you're not aware of what you're thinking and, and how you are, you know, presenting in the world and internally, then that, that, that you're on a program, that you're just on autopilot.
Speaker B:So when you're setting the intention of something different, to manifest something different, you have to be different.
Speaker B:And if you can't hold the vibration of something new, and I really help women to hold the vibration of something new by being a mirror to them, it's more of the same for you.
Speaker B:And we don't want that.
Speaker B:We don't want more of the same for any individual.
Speaker B:We want them thriving and expanding and going to that next level daily, not just once a year for New Year's Eve, or yeah, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, but daily, moment by moment.
Speaker B:Because we now know that the potential for humans is beyond what we could have ever imagined if they understand that there is a potential and that potential is just waiting for them to discover.
Speaker A:Absolutely, yes.
Speaker A:Live every day like it's a New Year's resolution.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:And it would be baby steps, certainly.
Speaker A:But once you start getting into this process, it probably isn't as daunting.
Speaker A:And the rewards would be well worth it.
Speaker A:People can really see their life change.
Speaker A:And I think women will be better in all aspects of their life as parents, in their social life, with their relationships and at work.
Speaker A:And this is where you talk about, too, the power of feminine leadership, leading with compassion and intuition and a deep understanding of your own worth.
Speaker A:Unless you get to know yourself, you're not going to be able to do that.
Speaker A:And this would make people a better leader, wouldn't it?
Speaker B:Absolutely.
Speaker B:What I recognize, and I continue to see it Sometimes we women don't feel worthy of stepping into new roles of power.
Speaker A:Oh, imposter syndrome, right?
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:We don't feel, we don't feel worthy.
Speaker B:And that negative self talk just keeps us in these loops of not moving forward.
Speaker B:And we could be moving forward in one category but pulled back into a deep hole in other categories.
Speaker B:And I really work with women of understanding all of the, all of the categories of live of their lives and the nuances of just shifting in the moment and how that makes them feel and how that is.
Speaker B:When we think about feminine leadership, those nuances and those shifts in the moment moments can change a community, can change the trajectory of a meeting, can change the energy of um, something that could have been an argument, but now it's where people have more clarity.
Speaker B:So I help women be the leaders of their, of their lives and balance both sides of them so that everyone around them is affected but in a positive way, that each person is moving to their next level.
Speaker B:Even through the words that this woman is saying.
Speaker B:Every woman has the ability to bring, to bring up everyone around them.
Speaker B:And I think that's where we women can really step into that new next level of power so that the generations to come can also benefit.
Speaker A:I love that when we empower ourselves, we're empowering the world.
Speaker A:When you think about it, and I think too many of us, and this would be men and women, they don't seem to know themselves, do they?
Speaker A:They, they go with the flow, they're robotic, they're conditioned and they break away from themselves.
Speaker A:It's a self defeating prophecy, if you will.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:And then I, you know, I almost started to laugh when you were saying that because you know, I get that we're, we're, we're robots through the day.
Speaker B:We, we're robots in our relationships, we're robots in our marriages, we're robots in our, with our friendships, we're robots at our job.
Speaker B:We're just robots all day.
Speaker B:And then when you find someone, and I'm going to say like these women that are, that are really coming out and you know, coming into this powerful energy of embodiment, waking people up around them.
Speaker B:And I find this, this to be a little bit interesting at first, Some people will get uncomfortable and will not be happy about it.
Speaker B:It's like, what are you doing?
Speaker B:You're disrupting my world.
Speaker B:This is, what are you doing?
Speaker B:I'm enjoying the way that I am.
Speaker B:But deep down inside when they recognize, oh, there's a different way, you start to see this beautiful shift in the community and around it, with family members, with friends, with colleagues.
Speaker B:And to me, it starts to be this beautiful domino effect.
Speaker B:We're not knocking anybody down.
Speaker B:We're actually.
Speaker B:The wave of this embodiment is actually expanding women and men to these beautiful next levels.
Speaker B:And when I look at individuals, like, there was someone I was speaking to and I. I saw their husband was feeling the.
Speaker B:The benefits of what she has shifted in her.
Speaker B:And I'm like, oh, my goodness, this is beautiful.
Speaker B:More and more people need to understand how to balance both sides of them so that men can feel like, oh, okay, I feel like I know where I'm.
Speaker B:I'm going with this.
Speaker B:Women can feel like, oh, okay, I know where I'm going with this.
Speaker B:And everybody can go to that next level and feel proud doing it.
Speaker B:And then there's less tension and friction and things falling apart, and people can feel like they're moving in a new direction.
Speaker B:That is specifically what they want.
Speaker A:At a core level, it's a win win.
Speaker B:It is.
Speaker B:It really is.
Speaker A:Eva, do you work with people individually, online?
Speaker A:Can people reach out to you?
Speaker B:Yes, I work with them online.
Speaker B:I work with them in person.
Speaker B:I do.
Speaker B:You can find me at embodiment is everything.com.
Speaker B:we are doing courses.
Speaker B:We're doing some online masterminds.
Speaker B:There's some beautiful things that are happening.
Speaker B:And speaking of men and women, it's called Swipe Right Slay the Dating Game for women who are, you know, ready to step into the dating game again.
Speaker B:And they don't really know how or they don't feel confident, and they need to balance that masculine and feminine side so that they can feel like they are.
Speaker B:Because sometimes when women are really powerful and they're CEOs and executives and entrepreneurs and dentists and doctors and lawyers or whoever is standing in their power, they don't know how to really balance themselves at home.
Speaker B:I know about this.
Speaker B:It used to be me.
Speaker B:So we're going to be talking all about that.
Speaker A:Excellent.
Speaker A:You have some really interesting topics on your website.
Speaker A:You've got a Feminine Be With Me session.
Speaker A:Four week session called From Ugh to Ooh la La.
Speaker A:Couples Edition.
Speaker A:I love that title.
Speaker A:And then from Meh to Magnific, the Self Love Journey session.
Speaker A:Then you have miracles and magic sessions.
Speaker A:I love this.
Speaker A:You cover all kinds of different topics that people can explore.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:And what I love about the names, the names are sometimes how I felt where I just didn't know, like, ugh, like, what's going on here and why am I not embodying these energies that are so I want so deeply, I want so badly.
Speaker B:I just didn't know that I had to have them to emerge from me.
Speaker B:A lot of women don't know how to have them to emerge from them.
Speaker B:So they're great names.
Speaker B:So thank you for appreciating them.
Speaker A:They are.
Speaker A:They really are.
Speaker A:So do you have some nuggets you could share with our listeners?
Speaker A:Maybe some tips for them to start in this journey of self discovery?
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:So I'm a part of something that I call the fight 5am club.
Speaker B:I wake up early in the morning and the first thing I do and it could, then, you know, every other week I could change it a little bit.
Speaker B:But there are three components to the 5am Club.
Speaker B:The first part is meditation and reflection.
Speaker B:Deep reflection, kind of thinking about where I'm.
Speaker B:Where I'm at in the moment and where I'm going and if those, if I'm aligning to what I truly want.
Speaker B:The second part is I read something that is of value, that's opening me up to something different.
Speaker B:It could be studying a language, it could be reading something positive, it could be something motivational, it could be history.
Speaker B:It could be whatever it is that I need in the moment.
Speaker B:And then third thing is exercise.
Speaker B:So.
Speaker B:So.
Speaker B:And then this morning I did really deep stretching.
Speaker B:And what I notice over months of doing this is that I take that time for me to start my day, to turn my internal thermostat on the inside of me to the highest level that I can before I speak to anyone else.
Speaker B:And with that, that is a beautiful aha.
Speaker B:To get you on the right path in the morning.
Speaker A:It opens you up, doesn't it, to possibilities.
Speaker B:Yes, yes.
Speaker B:And another thing that it helps is it keeps me grounded and in the moment so that I can be aware of those moments when those new opportunities are aligned.
Speaker B:Because sometimes when we're not paying attention, we don't even see the opportunities.
Speaker A:That's for sure.
Speaker A:And people say, oh, how did I miss that?
Speaker A:Well, you weren't living in the moment.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker A:Eva, what is your website again?
Speaker B:Www.entodimentiseverything.come M B O D I M E N T I S E v r y T-H-I n g.com so people can reach out.

Speaker B:Sure, I would love that.
Speaker B:They can email me at lovembodimentiseverything.
Speaker B:We would love to hear from people.
Speaker A:This has been great.
Speaker A:I think you're going to encourage a lot of people and maybe get them to change their perspectives.
Speaker A:That's good for the world, not just for women.
Speaker B:Totally.
Speaker B:Totally.
Speaker B:It's been so much fun to share to share some of what I'm doing with, with my audience and I'm hoping that I've been helpful for your Audi, your audience.
Speaker B:I'm so grateful for this opportunity.
